What do you like about working at your company/team/job?

I like the fact that we are not a “static” operation. We are always seeking to explore new opportunities and embrace new challenges, to the point that “never a dull moment” has become a regular mantra of mine. Similarly, everyone on our team is always encouraged to contribute their thoughts, ideas and opinions regarding how to operate smarter and more efficiently. I really enjoy working in an environment that combines those two philosophies.

What do you enjoy doing when not at work?

In no particular order, and without necessarily listing everything –

Golfing, boating, backyard bonfires, camping, everything Green Bay Packer related, time with my better half, my sons and my friends, dining out, dining in, grilling/barbequing, music (live), music (not live), road trips (short or long), playing poker, running, bicycling, swimming, “putzing” around the house and, generally, just being alive!
